I’m visiting our newly opened Atlanta, GA offices in the United States. Matt has just taken delivery of the Oyster Sigfox RCZ2 devices here and we setup the first demo unit.
I love technology when it “just works”! It took us 2 minutes to register the unit, set it up on Telematics Guru and put in the batteries – the device got a GPS fix and transmitted it on the Sigfox network. Great to see that Sigfox USA has good coverage in Atlanta and most major cities in the US, and expanding rapidly.
The Oyster Sigfox is a battery-powered IP67 (waterproof) GPS tracking device ideal for asset location and tracking, and it transmits its location data using the new Sigfox low-power wide area network (LPWAN).
