Evironmental Monitoring of Litter Flow Using GPS Tracking

Hi all

Our Oyster battery powered GPS tracking device has recently been used in an environmental study where 40 ‘litter’ bottles (with Oyster devices inside) were tossed into various waterways around Sydney with the purpose of monitoring where they travelled and ended up.

The Oyster is an IP-67 rated battery powered GPS tracking device. It comes in variants that can use the cellular networks (2G, 3G), Sigfox, and LoraWAN.
